Are you looking for something extra special? Each wedding and event is unique, and at Camp Järvsö, we always strive to provide you with a memorable experience through delicious menus, drinks, and personal service.
THE BARN VENUE
The barn venue is the perfect place for a rural wedding. Within the red walls, a fairytale room opens up, with high ceilings and magical light filtering down between the beams.
Here, about 140 guests can sit at rustic tables. We have carefully chosen chairs, tableware, and decorations to create a unique, cozy, and bohemian environment.
The barn is uninsulated and has no heating, so we only take bookings from May to September.
CEREMONY
If you are interested in having a church wedding, we suggest Järvsö Church, which has a history dating back to the 1200s. Järvsö Church is located in central Järvsö on a separate island called Kyrkön, next to the river Ljusnan.
At Camp Järvsö, the ideas for ceremony locations are endless. You can get married in the garden, in the middle of the forest, or why not on the jetty down by beautiful Lake Kalvsjön.
ACCOMMODATION
It’s often a good idea to rent the entire hotel for your wedding or event. With our 48 rooms, timber villa, and glamping tents, all the guests can stay at a single location.
